Each practice begins with meditation, chanting and prayer. We flow into vinyasa movement, integrated with conscious breath, bio-dynamic alignment and guided imagery. Transformational Heart-Centered Yoga & Meditation with Erika Faith Hattingh

Sweet, soulful morning yoga sessions will be lovingly guided by this spirited yogini. Erika brings her healing energy, inspiring insights and blissful yoga sequences to the tribe along with beautiful music to begin each day in peace and unity. Her background in vinyasa yoga, combined with yoga therapy, bodywork and transpersonal psychology bring unique elements of magic and alchemy to the practice. Erika has been teaching yoga, leading retreats and training yoga masters since 1995 through her nationally recognized school, Cloud Nine Yoga. She is a world traveling gypsy and a lover of the arts, gardens, animals, extreme sports and simple living. Playtime for the Young Goddesses

Each day 1 1/2 - 3 hours of activities appropriate for ages 6-12 will be offered for our youthful goddesses such as yoga, nature crafts and outdoor adventures. More details coming soon.

Angel Valley Retreat Center
The Angel Valley Retreat Center is a secluded, peaceful 70-acre creekside sanctuary for reconnecting to the Divine within. This natural wilderness sanctuary is surrounded by thousands of acres of The Coconino National Forest and outlined by Oak Creek. The land is located in a region of intense 'vortexes' where the Earth manifests strong healing and guiding energies. These same energies used by ancient cultures for spiritual and regions quests may be utilized to help an individual align with his/her own heart energy and divinity. The Inviting Waters
Oak Creek twists and turns through the trees, trails, sacred circles andvortexes found throughout the property. Hidden along the creek are numerous spots for one to enjoy quiet reflective time.

Oak Creek opens up to a beautifully cool and refreshing swimming hole which is perfect for dipping, splashing and playing.

The Mystical Healing Energies of Vortexes At Angel Valley
An unusually high number of energy lines cross the land. Consequently there are many vortexes and special energy sites. We invite individuals to get in touch with the dynamic Earth energies of the Sedona area. The basic purpose of a vortex experience is to (re)connect with the natural energies that surround us: to experience our human energy system interacting with the Earth. At Angel Valley there are more than 20 vortex centers, some of which are directly aligned with our chakras and meridians, some correspond to various levels of our consciousness, and others connect to the Christ Consciousness, Angels, and Beings of Light.

The Ancient Labyrinth as a Spiritual Tool
Both a 7-circuit and an 11-circuit Chartres Labyrinth have been constructed as a part of Angel Valley's outdoor spiritual tools. Although the basic function of the two labyrinths is the same, the path and the experience are quite different. The way the paths of the two types of labyrinths have been laid out induces a different way of moving. This brings the person who walks the labyrinths to a different state of being. The 7-circuit labyrinth helps to connect to a spiritual experience in the physical reality. The Chartres labyrinth works with cosmic principles, and functions as a tool to transcend our current level of consciousness.Walking the single magical path of a sacred labyrinth is a spiritual tool used to surrender the thinking mind. The exercise of walking the labyrinth without the need to think allows one to connect deeper and reach the center effortlessly.

Accommodations
Angel Valley provides cozy Cabins and Creekside Guesthouses which house between two and four adults with carpeting, beds and electricity. Many include bathrooms and some have clean restrooms and showers nearby. Bedding, and bathroom linens are provided.

Optional Healing Services
You may treat yourself to a wide range of private, healing and nurturing services during your retreat stay. These services are optional and payment is made directly to the practitioners. Most sessions last between 1-1/2 hours and range from $75 to $150.

Transportation to Angel Valley
Angel Valley is located 5 miles from West Sedona, 9 miles from Cottonwood. The Center is about 125 miles north of Phoenix, a 2-hour drive, and 35 miles southwest of Flagstaff. Sedona currently offers no public transportation services. Most guests fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, rent a car for convenience and drive directly to Angel Valley. We will do our best to coordinate ride share arrangements between guests. The other option is to take the Phoenix-Sedona Shuttle see this link for specific information www.angelvalley.org/shuttle.html.

Investment in Your Health is as low as $1195 per adult. A 50% non-refundable non-transferable deposit holds your space. You can choose from the following to pay for your registration:

	Children 3 and under sharing a bed with a parent are free.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the prepayments required for accommodations, materials, staff and food on behalf of each participant, there are no refunds or credits offered for partial attendance or no shows. This is a firm policy. Deposits and payments made are non-refundable.

WARNING: This experience is for those who take responsibility for themselves and embrace the opportunity to expand their beliefs, dissolve limited thinking and awaken their heart to a perspective of vibrant health and blissful living. Those who tend to complain, blame others and fear life will find this experience to be outside their natural comfort zone.
