Yoga Soma weaves Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda & Chakra Awareness into a multi-dimensional practice designed to bring balance, harmony, and awakeness to the present moment. The classes will incorporate breath, body consciousness, movement, stillness, meditation and postures to facilitate a deeper union with self, the elements and the Universe. The yoga practice will be tailored to suit all levels with the intention for individual optimal health. Rachael is a Yogini, Ayurvedic practitioner and body worker who has been sharing yoga and healing in community for over 13 years. Her teaching emphasizes the balancing of the elements within one's nature as a path to realizing greater health happiness and wholeness.
