What to Bring:
Drinking water, music toys such as drums, rattles and
flutes, 2 towels or sarongs, change of warm clothes for
after the sweat, fresh organic fruit or coconut water
for after the sweat.
Fasting:
It is recommended to fast from heavy solid foods or eat
very lightly, intaking lots of liquids on the day of the
sweat to receive maximum cleansing benefits.

Driving directions from the North or South: From Highway
101 take Highway 33 inland. Highway 33 merges with Hwy
150 through downtown Ojai to the Upper Ojai Valley. The
Foundation is about 6 miles from the center of Ojai,
after the Happy Valley School, and on the left. Turn at
the Foundation sign, left at the stop sign, and make a
quick right into our driveway and up to the Guest
Parking. Follow the signs directing you to the back of
the property up the main road where the sweat lodge is.
