Practice invigorating heart-centered yoga and meditation each morning with Kim & Morgan
Practicing union with our physical and spiritual bodies is the perfect way to start each morning in Eden. Our daily yoga will be a heart opening and centered practice combining asana and meditation, active dynamic and gentle slow rhythmic movements. Using the breath to access the vital life force, Prana, and as a vehicle to integrate our physical emotional and spirit bodies. This uplifting and invigorating practice will allow us to strengthen the core, open our hearts, and commune with our highest potential. Choose from two levels of yoga classes either restorative yoga with basic breathing and meditation techniques or more advanced stronger flow class with breathing and meditation techniques for the more experienced yogi.

Transportation to Eden Hot Springs
Eden Hot Springs is located approximately 3 hours drive east of Phoenix and 2-1/2 hours drive east of Tucson. Most guests from out of state fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. This year for maximum convenience, we have hired a shuttle service to provide transportation from the Phoenix airport directly to Eden Hot Springs. There is also a return shuttle provided. Shuttle reservations can be made below on-line via credit card or mail a check to Journeys for the Soul. Advance reservations are required and non-refundable. When making flight arrangements it is best to arrive into Phoenix by mid morning on Wednesday, October 24th, 2007 with a departure time after 5pm on Sunday, October 28th, 2007.
