Stretch out and relax with this 90-minute special yin class fused with restorative poses to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Poses will be done against the wall with a focus on the lower body, allowing you to relax your muscles, calm the nervous system, and work the deep connective tissue. Using the wall also helps alleviate low back pain.
This class is a wonderful complement to your power vinyasa classes, providing a full body stretch especially in the hips and hamstrings and cultivating an inward journey to stillness. We’ll make our way from the wall and end with a guided systematic relaxation, and a short Q&A on establishing a home practice. Suitable for all levels.
