My Teaching Approach
With training in multiple yoga disciplines and a deep-rooted commitment to mindfulness, I offer classes that are both grounding, rooted in tradition, and soulful. My teaching style is inclusive and designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're a beginner or a long-time practitioner.
Each class is a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional space to reconnect—with your body, your breath, and what matters most.
Asana Styles I Teach:
Vinyasa: A dynamic yet mindful flow rooted in the breath and structure of Ashtanga. Expect intentional sequencing, strength-building, and opportunities for self-inquiry within movement.
Soulful Flow: A slow, breath-led vinyasa class to release tension and build inner awareness.
Restorative Yoga: Deep rest through supported poses and nervous system regulation.
Gentle Yoga: Accessible movement to support mobility, healing, and calm.
Breathwork & Meditation: Centering practices for clarity, balance, and self-inquiry.
My goal is to create a space that feels safe, nurturing, and empowering—one where you can truly come home to yourself.
