Journey to the heart of Central Africa in the summer of 2020 with Master guide and yoga teacher, Sam Reynolds. Witness transformation and experience how Rwandans have reshaped their landscape since the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi. Sam lived in worked in Rwanda from 2013-2014 in advocacy and was a mentor to 16 young teenage girls.

Modern expression: art center tour in Kigali and traditional dance performance
Restore and renew by Lake Kivu (swimming + kayaking)
Optional trek to see the golden monkeys or gorillas in Volcanoes National Park (permits extra)
Witness yoga off the mat and spend 4 days at the Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village, a non-profit and residential community dedicated to healing and empowering over 500 orphaned teens (site tour, sustainability, solar project, and empowerment in action).
