Our Group Yoga session on the beach in Miami during my "girls' get-away" weekend was the highlight of our trip! Everyone who was apart of the experience agreed. Samantha has a great connection with people and certainly the yoga expertise to calm the mind and encourage the spirit to connect to the breath. The class was perfect for all levels- we walked away feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead of us! Highly recommend having her teach your private group class- thank you Sam!
